Application X is crashing, what can I do about it?
If one of our application is crashing, please make sure you are using the latest version. You can ensure this by choosing "Check for Updates" from the applications menu.

If you have the latest version and you are still having issues please visit the application's Troubleshooting page for further help.

I have lost my serial, how can I get it back?
Please go to the request serial page and fill in the details.

I cannot find an answer to my question. Where should I look?
